Sharon Telephone Company in Hills, IA is seeking part time office staff to support our expanding network. Hills is located just six miles south of Iowa City, IA. This position is part time.
Office Staff
Job Functions
Scheduling – new and existing customers
Prepare installation materials (hardware, marketing info) for technicians
Answer phone calls as needed from customers and vendors
Understand products and services to make recommendations based on customer needs
Update customer information, enter trouble calls & service orders
Support some accounting functions
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Detail oriented
Customer service experience preferred
Proficient computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Maintain positive, professional demeanor
Team focused, working together with multiple departments to get the job done
Self-motivated
